Nottingham homeowners looking to save money on their energy bills can now gain energy-saving courtesy of an online energy tool. The Nottingham Energy Calculator is simple to use as homeowners choose their property and are fed information on innovations which could save them huge amounts on energy bills e.g. insulation, double glazing, new boilers and solar panels.
Councillor Alan Clark, Nottingham City Council’s Portfolio Holder for Energy and Sustainability says the energy tool is a pioneering development for the city:
“Our energy tools are an innovative way of tackling the need to reduce the city’s carbon emissions, increase the energy independence of the city and help our citizens save money on their energy bills.
